Sometimes with changing network settings or internet issues, a phone may stop attempting to register to the phone server. A full reboot will clear the phone's memory and load it fresh to attempt registration again. Try rebooting the phone. This can be done by unplugging the round power cable from the back of the phone OR if the phone is powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet), unplug the network cable instead. You should notice the screen go black, if done successfully. After a few seconds, you can plug it back in to the original location and wait for it to boot back up.
